We offer a range of services dependant on what needs you have. If you want someone to look after all aspects of the day to day running of a property/properties we offer a full property management service.

This covers:-

  1. Bank account reconciliation
  2. Balance sheets
  3. Receivables reconciliation
  4. Debtor’s schedules
  5. Creditor account payments/reconciliation
  6. GST reports for client/accountants (GST Returns can be completed if Property specific)

Alternatively we can tune our services to suit from a range of the above services including providing building or facilities management to one off services for specific property related issues. We offer lease advisory services to commercial property Landlords.

If you want assistance investing in commercial property then we can provide a consultancy service to assist you with the sourcing and selection of appropriate investment property. Likewise if you require assistance with the divestment of property we too can assist with this process.


Our policy is to charge a fair market orientated industry fee that reflects the professional property management services supplied as well as ensuring the client gets the services and value required for any property investment. Fees can range from 2% to 10% of gross rental income depending on the type of property/number of tenants/ tenant profile & type/building condition and rent roll.

As a guide only we use the following range of Industry fees.

When taking on management of a building or portfolio we will look at the overall job, assess likely time involvement, and agree with the client a set annual fee.

For consultancy work, fees range from $150-$175 per hour plus GST plus disbursements.
